Fluevog Queen Transcendent Jody Elizabeth
Is that heel not a work of art? Looks like furniture!
That's it. I'm done. I don't need to buy anymore shoes ever again. Ever. *
When I saw these in the Fluevog Fall preview I swooned. It was love. We were meant to be.
What does one wear with such beautiful things?
Jacket: Le Chateau outlet store
T-shirt: ?
Skants: Melow par Melissa Bolduc from the Workshop
I call these "pants" SKANTS (skirt/pants). I've worn these 4 times since buying them and I love them! They are short pants with two overlaying panels that are like a skirt.
I like how the split in the jacket is similar to the shape made by the overlapping skirt parts.
Sorry about the bitch face. I had a bit of a frustrating day.
And the jacket has a military feel. I only paid $20 for it - well worth it I think. It's starting to get cooler now so this jacket will probably be worn a lot this winter.
OMG, you should win a style prize with this outfit. Fantastic! Look at those shoes!
ReplyDeleteAgree with Joni -- this look is brilliant and the shoes are to live for! I've never seen heels like those, so fab!
ReplyDeleteOh, heavens, those look amazing on you! I've been drooling over the green ones...
ReplyDeleteGreat to see you back!
That is spectacular outfit - love the layers formed by the jacket hem and the skirt-like folds on the Skants. The sheer fabulousness of the shoes is too much to behold. I don't think you should have to buy any shoes again, ever, as nothing will top these ;)
ReplyDeleteHoly gorgeous shoes, Batman! Truly a fabulous pair. John Fluevog sure knows how to design a lovely heel. I love how the jacket and 'skant' play with each others shape while still letting the shoe steal the show. (Ah, alliteration)
ReplyDeleteI bow down to those shoes. The whole outfit is fantastic.
ReplyDeleteAmazing heels! The lines of the jacket and the skants seem to draw the eye down to the magnificence of the shoes. Very clever. You look fabulous. xxxx
ReplyDeleteYou are right those heels are works of art. Love those shoes:))

This outfit is perfect. Those skants are a great article of clothing that I now wish I could find for myself. The jacket works great with them. The shoes match your hair. And I'm super glad to see what they look like on a person, since I had been wondering how well that heel balances with a person on the other side of them, and I'm glad to see that they look STUNNING.
ReplyDeleteThat jacket is awesome! And those shoes...wow!!! They do look look a bit like furniture - but in a good way! Classy!!
ReplyDeleteThose shoes are GORGEOUS! I love the heels. If you worked near me, I would totally Kinnear you in that outfit, email it to everyone I know and tell them how I planned to mug you for your shoes.
ReplyDeleteThose shoes ... Wow. I covet wooden furniture with curved and carved legs, but on a heel? My coeting has gone off the scale.
ReplyDeleteThe architectural shape of your oufit works so well. And I need a skant.
I love how your outfit is absolutely worthy of those shoes - transcendent is where it's at!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous angles and curves.
OMG, my eyes me eyes, heeeels "gulp" I dont like the curved and carved furniture, but blimey who would have thought it would look that good as heels. :)
ReplyDeleteOh, those shoes!
