Saucy Sunday

Happy Sunday all. I'm feeling much better though I still have quite a cough. It gets worse when I'm out walking around but despite that I ventured out to another new part of the city to meet Shelley for a Vintage Clothing Show near St. Clair St West. For the first time I took all 3 forms of transit - the bus, the subway, and the streetcar. Wheee!

Sadly I have no vintage clothes with me at the moment so I decided to go all hipster. (And I was having a pretty good hair moment when I took this photo. Which reminds me I need to find a hair stylist...gha!)

Blouse: Vero Moda (last worn here)
Dress: Eva Franco (last worn here)
Tights: Peek Brooklyn (I link because I love)
Shoes: Fluevog Gateways | Brandenburg Light (last worn here)

I wanted to wear my Fluevog Ayers heels with this outfit but I knew I'd probably be doing a lot of walking so I opted for the Brandenburg brogues. They don't look to bad with this outfit.

I took this photo before I put my shoes on. Minx! These are full tights but are designed to look like thigh highs. I may have hiked my skirt up a bit when I met Shelley at the Vintage show. SAUCY!

  1. Those tights are definitely worth flashing, Megan!
You look great, such a cool outfit. Did you buy anything at the vintage show?
Hope the cough gets better soon. xxxx

  2. Definitely the right outfit if all your vintage is elsewhere. Can you stop ladies with nice hair and ask them where they get it cut/coloured? That is how I found my stylist.

  3. I loved your outfit, and how we were matching, but not! I would love a pair of tights like that.

  4. Indeed, those are quite saucy tights. I NEED some. I'll check that link. You have made a spectacle out of yourself. (Sorry) Love this.

  5. Great blog! I just discovered it today and will become a regular, I'm sure. We have similar taste in shoes. :-)

  6. I love the tights, and the brogues too! Of course, the dress is just too cool, but graciously shares the limelight with the tights and shoes. Nice!
